What happens when you live righteously
VERSE:
Light is sown for the righteous, and gladness for the upright in heart. (PSALM 97:11 KJV)
EXPLANATION:
I greet you in the mighty name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. “Light is sown for the righteous, and joy for the pure in heart.” (Psalm 97:11) Let’s meditate on a wonderful verse today.
What happens when you live righteously? May your life be full of light and happiness. “We know that we are of God, and that the whole world lies in the wicked one.” (1 John 5:19) And, “He gave himself for our sins, according to the will of God our Father, that he might deliver us from the present evil world;” Scripture also says (Galatians 1:4). Yes, the world is full of wicked people.
A man named Job was righteous. “That man was upright and righteous, fearing God and turning away from evil. One day when the sons of God stood before the Lord, Satan also stood among them. Satan said, you have blessed the work of his hands, but if you reach out your hand and touch all that he has, he will see you blasphemed in your face. ” (Job 1:1-11) we read in the scriptures.
When the Lord allowed Satan to touch Job, there were many tribulations in his life because of the darkness. He lost his ten children and his health. He is neither happy nor happy. There was darkness everywhere.
In the midst of them Job said, “Though he slay me, yet will I trust in him: yet will I make my ways before him.” (Job 13:15) And, “Yet he knoweth the way that I go; when he hath tested me, I shall become gold.” (Job 23:10) Such was his faith.
The Lord’s protection came upon him again. He received a double blessing. His life was filled with joy and God’s blessings.
Beloved, this world is full of wicked people. So dedicate your life to the Lord right now; Live righteously before Him. Then you will not be in darkness; You will be filled with joy and happiness.
PRAYER:
Father! I suffer from the work of the devil. The work of the devil has darkened my life. Lord, I trust in You completely. Lord, let my life be full of light and joy. Please grant me that blessing now. I pray in the mighty name of Jesus Good Father, Amen.
