No one is too busy, too important, too rich, too ANYTHING to NOT think of others. Christ the King’s youth share the Good Samaritan story, a classic example of doing the right thing even when it’s not required of you. No matter how many times you’ve heard the parable, the message never gets old and continues to be relevant in everyday life.

Youth groups, grades 6-12, were tasked to tell a Bible story in a creative way. Aside from the parameters of TikTok video in two minutes or less, the youth were given complete creative agency—and they did not disappoint. Youth from Christ the King, Cary won second place in the 2023 TikTok Tell It! Contest with “The Good Samaritan.” This contest is facilitated and sponsored by the NC Synod Engage the Bible Ministry Team.
