Just like we eat food daily, our hearts also need nourishment. Read a verse from the Bible, or listen to a short devotional. One small word of encouragement in the morning can give you strength for the whole day.
3. Write Down Your Blessings
Every night before sleeping, write down three things you’re thankful for. It can be as small as “had a nice cup of chai” or “talked to an old friend.” This practice helps train your mind to see the good in every day.
4. Choose Joy, Even in Stress
