And the joyful tune of my life
1- When I was very young
Only 40 Days In age
It was my baptismal day
A new man is born again
The priest immersed me in the water
Three times for the Trinity
a new life I did receive and a
Christian I became
2- It was truly my first day
To be called with my new name
I was raised in the church,
Every day I grew in faith
I was taught In Sunday school
Bible, liturgy and dogma too
And confess to the priests
So I can be renewed again
3- Every liturgy I attend
On the alter is Emmanuel
Hosts of angels appear
Praising God who is near
I partake of His Holy Body
And His Blood makes me adhere
He always abides in me
His kingdom is now clear
4- May the Lord keep her safe
Her promises are always true
We reside in your embrace
Oh God who is full of grace
My refuge from evil days
My support from broken ways
Lovely is your dwelling place
Open to all human race.

Despite circumstances where the church building may have been closed or limited in number, the spirit of the church did not cease, but rather grew even more fervent and became evident in the hearts of the believers.
May the Lord preserve the life of our honored Patriarch Pope Tawadros II, for many years and peaceful times and confirm him on his throne to shepherd His people.
