god medias I call to You my righteous God – Psalm 4 song
Verse 1:
I call to You, my righteous God,
In trouble, You have set me free.
Show mercy now, lift up the rod,
And hear my prayer, I bend my knee.
Chorus 1:
How long, O people, will you scorn?
How long love lies and chase what’s vain?
The Lord has set apart His own,
He hears my call, He breaks the chain.
Verse 2:
Remember how You’ve heard my plea,
In times of darkness, You were there.
So now I trust, and wait to see,
Your light arise, my soul to bear.
Chorus 2:
How long, O people, will you scorn?
How long love lies and chase what’s vain?
The Lord has set apart His own,
He hears my call, He breaks the chain.
Bridge:
Search your hearts, and do not stray,
Offer true gifts, and find the way.
